Q1: How to choose the right equipment?

If you have experience using this type of equipment, you can select the appropriate one based on the specification parameters of the devices you have used before. If you have no relevant experience, please send us your application scenarios or the desired experience effects via email. Our professional engineering team will provide you with a suitable solution within 2 hours. Using Chillmend ice bath machines does not require professional technical background, and the installation and operation are very simple. It is compatible with almost all ice bath tubs on the market.  

Q2: Can chillers be customized?

We have a professional R&D team and production line, and we support customization. After receiving your requirements, we will provide a customized solution that suits you.  

Q3: What is the delivery time?

Generally, in-stock products will be shipped within 1-3 working days after receiving payment and confirming all details. For out-of-stock products, the delivery time is 7-14 working days. The delivery time for customized products depends on the customization requirements and order quantity.  

Q4: Do you provide a warranty for your products?

We do provide a warranty service! We offer a 1-year warranty for ice bath chillers against non-human damage. Please note that the following situations are not covered by the warranty: abnormal use, unauthorized repairs or modifications, normal wear and tear, external factors, improper maintenance, and damages caused by other force majeure events.   Contact CHILLMEND immediately to obtain the latest quotation and delivery time.
